Elevating leaders together. Since 2019.
Table of Captains began in 2019 with a single chapter and a vision: to bring business leaders into a confidential, high-trust environment where they could share decisions, challenges, and ambitions without fear. Over time, as leaders saw the impact of coaching + peer mentorship, Table of Captains expanded—and today we operate across two chapters, each a carefully curated advisory circle dedicated to leadership, growth, and accountability.
Our Promise: A Safe, Confidential Space
Behind every boardroom decision, every risk, every growth pivot, lies vulnerability. We understand that. That’s why confidentiality is foundational to Table of Captains. Our sessions—whether one-on-one or peer group—are protected, private, and anchored in trust.
Here, you won’t posture or “sell” — you’ll explore real issues, be challenged to think differently, and receive support from peers who are on the same journey. This is your space to surface the hard questions, confront blind spots, and move forward with intentional clarity.
